I was born and raised in Nova Scotia where I completed my undergraduate degree in psychology. I moved to British Columbia in 2006 to continue my postgraduate studies in naturopathic medicine, graduating from The Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in 2011. I live with my husband, four kids and two dogs. It's blissful chaos!

My practice centers on family medicine, with a special focus on women’s health and pediatrics—specifically fertility, perimenopause and ADHD.
My focus on fertility, perimenopause, pediatrics, and ADHD comes not only from years of clinical training, but also from personal experience. As both a healthcare provider and a mother, I’ve walked through each of these stages in my own life and family. This has given me unique insight, deep compassion, and a commitment to offering care that helps women and children feel truly seen, supported, and empowered. I understand how important it is to have a healthcare provider who listens, educates, and empowers families to make informed decisions.

I aim to blend evidence-based natural medicine with a deep respect for the body’s innate wisdom. My goal is always to create a warm, grounded space where families feel seen, supported, and truly cared for.
